The other cooking course will be held on Wednesday 23^rd of July, between 17.00 and 20.30, with a special on French pastry. The executive pastry chef of the resort, Alexis Garcia, will show us all the secrets and tricks and you will learn how to prepare delicious macarons, eclairs, croissants or brioche.
