In recent years, celebration an event in Spain has experienced a significant increase, as well as a segmentation regarding the different proposals available and their target groups.

One of the most requested events are business Team-building events. Within this modality, there are different proposals and models that meet the needs and requirements of every company.

One of the most demanded teambuilding events is the Culinary Team-Building modality. It is usually carried out in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, where it is easy to promote team-work.

The choice of the menu to cook in the Team-building event varies depending on the level of the participants. Generally, typical dishes of the region or country are included, with the aim that attendees discover the typical gastronomy of the island.

An example of the increase in demand that exists at present, to celebrate these business meetings, is the rise in the number of restaurants and other locations that offer Teambuilding events in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Holidays in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in the magical island of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Together with my wife and my children, we decided to have our Easter holidays in the island, to enjoy the good weather and the beach, one of the favourite things my daughter like to do.

Finding a hotel was a little bit more difficult, because there were so many options! But I will talk later about my experience when seeking, choosing and booking a hotel in Tenerife.

Nevertheless, we had a large list of things to do and places to visit, always thinking of the children, but also of us. Both Lucy and I love the cuisine and were clear about enjoying the best restaurants in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The rest of time was dedicated to the children and their well-deserved Easter holidays.

We all agree that the best beach was Las Teresitas beach, right next to the capital. An extensive fine sand beach with clean and crystal-clear waters. The fact of being close to the city could be a disadvantage, because of the number of people in the beach, but I think it could be worst in high season.

Among all the restaurants we went to, our favourite was undoubtedly Los Menceyes Restaurant, which makes part of the majestic Grand Mencey Hotel, and belongs to the Iberostar Hotels chain.  Additionally, this hotel has a Cookery Room, where cooking courses and show cooking are offered.

In conclusion, this Canary Island has all you can need for enjoying relaxing holidays in any time of the year, thanks to its weather, the hotel infrastructure and the extra offer.
