Celebrating a Business event

In recent years, celebration an event in Spain has experienced a significant increase, as well as a segmentation regarding the different proposals available and their target groups.

Todas la novedades del IBEROSTAR Grand Mencey para octubre

Este mes de octubre viene cargado de novedades en el Aula de Cocina del Mencey. El verano ha llegado a su fin, y deja paso al siempre melancólico otoño. Sin embargo, no hay razón para no disfrutar de esta época y el hotel Iberostar Grand Mencey y su Aula de Cocina, son el lugar perfecto para ello.

Begoña Rodrigo, la ganadora del famoso concurso televisivo TOP CHEF 2013, visita el Aula de Cocina del Mencey para ofrecer una exclusiva jornada de cocina. La cita tendrá lugar el próximo viernes día 10 de octubre, con un precio por persona de 60€. La chef y propietaria del restaurante La Salita, en Valencia, ofrecerá un “gastroshow” donde presentara en exclusiva algunos de los deliciosos platos que elabora en su restaurante.



Alguno de los platos estrella de este curso incluyen un arroz de plancton con carpaccio de pulpo y alioli de salsa Mary, o la paratana con jugo de manitas y verduras agridulces. El maridaje estará a cargo de Bodegas Masaveu, con vinos como el Fillaboa 2013 o el Murua Gran Reserva.

Pero los cursos de cocina de este emblemático hotel gastronómico en Santa Cruz de Tenerife no terminan aquí. El jueves día 9 de octubre, de la mano del chef Richard Andrade, podrás descubrir todos los secretos de la cocina japonesa. Uno de los cursos mas demandados recientemente entre los asistentes a los cursos de cocina del Mencey era una cata de whisky. Ese momento ha llegado, gracias al barman del Mencey, Chema Vicente. El curso se celebrara el miércoles día 15 de octubre, desde las 17.00 hasta las 20.30, y tiene un precio de 50€.
