Holiday with friends in Tenerife

Like every June, we meet our dearest friends, and choose a destination to travel the weekend and enjoy the beach, the environment and the best company. Each time is more difficult to plan holiday, given that at this point, many people have children or demanding and over strict jobs.

We pick the next year’s destination by the end of holiday. Our latest trip were to North Spain, to San Sebastian, A beautiful city we all deeply enjoyed since we all love gastronomy, But this year, we are going a little bit further, our new destination is the Canary Island Tenerife.

We really hope to enjoy the famous Canary weather, the beaches and the people, discover its culture and gastronomy, get to know the remote towns and walk its paths, enjoy the beach and swing with the dolphins, the turtles and the rest of sea animals.

We chose a hotel in the capital, the IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Mencey, a gastronomy hotel in Tenerife with tons of new possibilities and different activities.

One of the most interesting activities there, are the Cooking lessons offered in the Mencey cookery classroom, by the time we will be at the hotel, they have a lesson to cook fresh pasta and Italian sauces. We would like to take scuba diving lessons, and a tour in a boat to watch the dolphins, the sea turtles and the whales if we have the chance.
